After my course on Saturday making gluten free bread I've come home with a great recipe which I tried again today. The result is still beautiful, but I think I need to replace my yeast as it was denser than I was hoping!
Still really yummy though - great for my lunch, still warm from the oven.
On the downside it does contain eggs - so, do I try and amend the recipe or just find a different one?
